DistDrones is a communication system that utilize a swarm of drones to accomplish a variety of tasks such as surveillance, rescue missions and other tasks that put humans life in risks. DistDrones uses a distributed communication system which mean all of the drones in the swarm communicate and share information simultaneously and independently from central unit. Distributed communication system offers a way to remove the burden of a Single-Point-of-Failure (SPF) due to a central control unit, it expand the geographical area covered by the swarm of drones, in addition to many other advantages.
